Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

No. You get 30 days to explore VenCue with your real data. Add a card any time before the trial ends to keep going.

Who counts as a paid seat?

Only the venue account. Vendors, coordinators, and couples always get free portal access — no matter which plan you're on.

What happens when I hit the 3-event Starter cap?

Upgrade to Professional any time from your billing settings. All your data stays in place; no re-onboarding.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Yes. Downgrade, upgrade, or cancel any time in your billing settings. No cancellation fee.

Do you charge extra for the payment collection feature?

No — payment collection is included on Professional. Stripe charges the standard processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) on each transaction. You choose whether the venue or the couple absorbs it.

How do you handle my venue's data if I cancel?

Export everything (events, timelines, vendors, payments, leads) as CSV before canceling. We keep your data 30 days after cancellation before deleting it.
